Defining gang stalking, covert harassment and mind control experimentation as TORTURE
Doing a search on the interent will offer many personal accounts from victims of Gang Stalking, Covert Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation. However one comes to define these covert campaigns, protracted psychological torture seems to be the end results.
The covert nature of these torture campaigns, and how the tactics cause the victims to look psychologically unstable, does not negate the reality of these campaigns.

Citing an article from the Washington Post, dated 2001, Torture Coming to America gives evidence that the US government seeks to “legitimize the use of torture inside the United States”. I think torture already exists here in the U.S., and myself, along with hundreds of others calling thremselves victims of covert harassment have been victim of an intense psychological torture campaign.
Psychological torture is something that is being used by the US military. Reports have mounted since the Abu Graib incident. See article. There are reports that the refinement of the torture techniques used in Abu Graib, had been practiced within prisons in the US, thus predating the incidences of torture at Abu Graib first reported in 2004. Startling is the case of Jose Pedilla, who endured an array of psychological and physical torture after being arrested in 2002, and was subjected to pharmicological manipulation, as drugs were used in some of these tortures. The use of torture, be it psychological or physical, by the CIA, the NSA, and the military is nothing new, according to some. Alfred W. McCoy, author of ‘A Question Of Torture’, explains that the CIA, in the 1960, and beyond, began behavioral experimentation, funded by the CIA, and utilizing universities in the United States. McCoy states that these experimentations “contributed to the discovery of a distinctly American form of torture: psychological torture.” (http://www.hnn.us/articles/32497.html).
Returing to today, McCoy says that the CIA at Guantanamo sought and succeeded in going beyond traditional psychological torture, which ‘attacked sensory receptors’, the usual in sensory deprivation techniques. They did this by researching the cultural sensitivities prevalent in the Arab world, mainly “gender, sexuality, and the fear of dogs”, as well as inividual based “fears and phobias”, hence the accounts of forced nudity that were initially interpreted as delinquent military guards exercising great misconduct (see article). PSYOPS stands for psychological operations, used in military operations, abroad, and at home, according to reports. These operations use highly crafted techniques to influence public opinion through tactics of psychological warfare. See US Domestic Operations also The Threat to Civil Liberties.
Covert Harassent, Gang Stalking, Organized Vigilante Stalking, and Organized Psychological Terror, are all campaigns that aim at the torturous destruction of innocent individual lives, through well planned psychological assaults, that draw from pychological profiling, and tailor the tactics 100% for the targeted individual. Such tactics utilize cultural and religious sensitivities, likes and dislikes, shame, triggers, weaknesses, and more. To quote from ark Rich’s website, State Sponsored Terror Campaigns, Tactics:
“There is a basic protocol that the perpetrators begin with. But the TI contributes to the modification. …Targets are constantly monitored & if a target responds emotionally to a particular trigger, that will be built into the protocol. If the target displays a certain sense of guilt or embarrassment about a subject, that will be built into the protocol. It’s an ongoing process.

The organizational level of the very secretive groups that perform these campaigns, definately, in my mind, point to connections, perhaps loose, to PSYOPS operations research, the NSA, the CIA, and military intelligence.
Mind control is something very real, and encompasses psychological warfare techniques the likes found in gang stalking assaults, non-lethal weapons, also called electronic harassment (electronic microwave/direct energy weapons), as well as the use of implantation technology.

Accordingly, we might gather that conduit of complicity connects former and present military experts, intelligents personnel, and people within the field of psychiatry. This is in an effort to create tactics, gaslighting techniques, that will, once the victim recounts what has been happening, mimic accounts which a psychologically ill person would say.The DSM-IV is a diagnostic manual for identifying mental disorders. Here’s what happened:
They collaborated with mental health specialists and designed a harassment program around key paranoid delusional symptoms outlined in the DSM-IV manual, so that a target will appear ill when explaining this to a mental health professional, & friends/family. It is one of several layers of protection used to help keep groups operating in secrecy.
It should be no wonder that targets of this kind of campaign may be influenced to seek professional psychological counseling. It is possible that when this happens psychiatric personnel are co-opted by the campaign, and instead of practicing medicine, they practice fraud, torture, harassment. This is perhaps not always the case, but there is evidence that psychiatrists and councelors will behavior and gear their services in such a way as to further discredit and terrorize the target. This is done, from my own experience through bogusly diagnosing the target, as well as posturing in manners that could easily be equated with psychological and moral harassments. Demeaning the target, denying the target autonomy, harassing the target in a theraputic session, and giving the target unneeded medications. Directed psychiatric medical and institutional malpractice is what it amounts to.

Mind control and the misuse of psychiatry is something well documented, especially when dipping into a bit of reading on MKULTRA, and brainwashing. I, from my own experience, can say that psychiatrists, psychiatric facilities, are used in these covert harassment campaigns, and it is a grand malicious injustice to see people trained to heal, to terrorize and torture.
